Exhibition Opportunities

The exhibition is an integral part of conference activities and provides an unparalleled opportunity for organisations to come face-to-face with the general practice community, providing a marketplace to increase your visibility, and to display and demonstrate your products and services.

Meal breaks, Meet the Expert sessions and the conference Welcome Reception will be held within the exhibition hall throughout the conference, ensuring you have good exposure to delegates.

Exhibition bookings

If you wish to book an exhibition stand at the GP25 conference, please complete the application form and indicate your stand preferences within the form. 

Based on previous years, exhibition space tends to sell out quickly. We strongly encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible to secure your preferred location. 

Limited Partnership packages available. If you want the opportunity to showcase your brand at GP25, visit the 'Partnership Packages' pages and apply for the package you're interested in. All* partner packages include an exhibition stand.

If you wish to apply for a Not-For-Profit (NFP) exhibition stand, you will need to prove that your organisation does not operate for profit, personal gain or other benefit of particular people (for example, its members, the people who run the organisation, or their friends or relatives). 

RACGP to review all applications before any NFP exhibition stand is approved.


Stand inclusions 

  • octanorm stand at 2m x 2m | 3m x 3m | 6m x 3m | 6m x 6m
  • organisation name on fascia (minimum 30 characters per sign)
  • two (2) energy efficient arm lights per 9sqm 
  • one (1) 4 amp GPO per 9sqm  
  • all power consumed during the exhibition
  • wifi access
  • acknowledgment in the event app 
  • company’s details listed on the conference floorplan 
  • two (2) exhibitor passes per stand (these passes enable personnel to work on their stand and include catering and welcome function tickets, but do not give access to other social events or conference sessions). 

Note: 

  • all exhibitors must be registered for the conference as exhibition representatives. 
  • exhibitions stands do not include any furniture. Partners and exhibitors must book any stand furniture and equipment they require.
  • all exhibitors and partners will be required to wear high-vis vests during bump in and bump out. Vests will not be supplied. Exhibitors and partners must supply and bring their own vests.

Purchase guidelines 

RACGP does not permit; 

  • sharing of exhibition stands
  • structural changes to stand including the removal of walls 
  • prizes or giveaways that include alcohol
  • any food and beverage being brought into the conference venue without RACGP and venue permission.
Please note: a finite number of passes (registrations) to the conference exhibition, sessions and activities are included with packages sold. Additional passes will be at the Partner or Exhibitor expense. 

Custom displays

Custom designed stands are permitted at GP25 and stand designs are subject to approval by RACGP and the venue. 

High Vis safety vests

While a common requirement during bump in and bump out at any conference, high-vis vests can often be forgotten. It is a workplace health & safety, and Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre requirement that anyone (i.e. exhibitor and partner staff) in the exhibition hall, during bump in and bump out, wear a high-vis safety vest and closed in shoes. These items will not be supplied for you. You must supply and bring your own. 

Exhibitor portal

A detailed exhibitor portal will be made available to conference partners and exhibitors. This portal contains important information for the coordination of your stand, including a checklist of action items and details of additional services you may require, such as lead scanning and management. 

It is important you familiarise yourself with the exhibitor portal prior to the conference. 

Digital exhibition listing

All in-person exhibition stands come with a complimentary listing within the conference app. This is an opportunity to outline company information and link directly to your organisation. This is a static page where information is uploaded; it has no live resource component.
